Overview

We want your LEMN Drops NFC music cards to reach you safely and on time, wherever you are. Below you’ll find our shipping zones, delivery estimates, and everything you need to know before placing an order.

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships, for every shipping option and every destination.

1. European Union & European Economic Area

We offer two shipping options for orders within the EU and EEA:

  • Free Standard Shipping is sent by mail and can take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive.
  • Premium Shipping is sent via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another premier logistics carrier, typically arriving in 5–7 working days, and sometimes sooner.
  • A tracking code is issued as soon as your order leaves our facility, regardless of which option you choose.

2. North America (United States & Canada)

Orders shipping to the United States and Canada are sent via Premium Shipping only, using DHL, UPS, FedEx or another premier logistics carrier, with delivery typically in 5–7 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments to North America may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price. These charges, if applicable, must be paid before the package is released for delivery.

3. Rest of the World

For all other countries we ship to, we offer a paid Premium Shipping option via DHL, UPS, FedEx or another premier logistics carrier, with delivery typically in 7–10 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

As with North American shipments, orders to this zone may be subject to the destination country’s customs rules. Any additional duties, taxes, or fees required to release the package from customs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking code so you can follow its journey to your door — no matter which shipping zone or option you’ve chosen.

5. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days before dispatch. Business hours are 9AM to 5PM Central European Time CET from Monday to Friday. Any orders received after those times are considered for processing the next business day. If there is an unusually high order volume where processing time increases, we will have a notification appear near the top menu bar header of the lemn.drops.com website and store so that customers can be informed and choose whether they would still like to place their order in the queue.

6. Delivery Estimates

All delivery times listed above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or public holidays, and are not guaranteed.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LEMN Drops is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a reshipment is required due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at team@lemn-drops.com with your order number and tracking code so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
